WHY CHINESE PEOPLE HAVE SHORT NAMES
Many years ago an old Chinese couple had twin sons
And as was the custom back then in Old World China
They name 'em according to how much they love 'em
This custom in mind, the first born son was named
Riki-tiki-timbo-no-si-nimbo-mui-mui-piska-dui-poo
The second was much less loved,his name was Chang
One day Chang ran to the house yelling,"Momma-san,
Riki-tiki-timbo-no-si-nimbo-mui-mui-piska-dui-poo
Fell in the well"Mamma-san said"What did you say?"
"Riki-tiki-timbo-no-si-nimbo-mui-mui-piska-dui-poo
Fell in the well" said Chang."Quick tell Papa-san"
Mamma-san said,
Chang ran,found Papa-san out in the field and said
Papa-san,Papa-san,Hurry come quick,Hurry come quick
Riki-tiki-timbo-no-si-nimbo-mui-mui-piska-dui-poo
Fell in the well"Papa-san said,"What did you say?"
Once again Chang told Papa-san,"Hurry come quick
Riki-tiki-timbo-no-si-nimbo-mui-mui-piska-dui-poo
Fell in the well"
Chang and Papa-san ran to the well,
Threw down a rope and Papa-san climbed down to help
Riki-tiki-timbo-no-si-nimbo-mui-mui-piska-dui-poo
Out of the well, but it was too late, Poor, poor
Riki-tiki-timbo-no-si-nimbo-mui-mui-piska-dui-poo
Had already drowned
That's the reason why, right up to this very day
Chinese People name their kids with short names
