THE TRUTH ABOUT MONSTERS UNDER THE BED

THE TRUTH ABOUT MONSTERS UNDER THE BED

Tell you a tale that'll fill you with dread
You should read it just before going to bed
It's a story of monsters big, mean and green
Under your bed they're hiding, not to be seen
In the daytime nothing but a little dustbunny
But late at night things aren't near so funny
Story will show you what happened to me once
Keep feet under covers, not out like a dunce
For it grabbed my foot back when I was small
Rolled me up and bounced me like a basketball
It tossed me really high, way up in the air
And when I came down,it caught me by the hair
It bit me all over and it chewed me up some
Till I looked like a wad of used bubble gum
It clawed and bit me until I was quite dead
Then it spit me out and it jumped on my head
Stood on my head and then pulled off my leg
And growled I'll do it again to make you beg
It laughed wickedly and said do you no harm
Then with a mighty jerk it tore off my arm
I lay on the floor it seemed like all night
Then I woke up sweating in a terrible fright
And Mama told me it was a nightmare instead
But to this day it's still stuck in my head
My friend I'll tell you and I hope you would
Look under your bed and around it real good
And be very careful just in case you should
Let your foot get uncovered and leg hang down
Cause he might be under there waiting around
MUAHA HAHAHA Friend, He's waiting it's true
This time in the dark he's waiting for you
