MORE ADVENTURES OF WANDA AND RACHAEL


Now both Wanda and Rachael were really nice
Like they were both made of sugar and spice
Rachael was kinda shy, bashful like a child
Wanda liked to joke more and act a bit wild
Trucking to Ft. Lauderdale, they had to pee
I said we'll stop at the first place we see
Truck stop came up in just around two miles
As I parked, a girl,with her face full of smiles
Ran up and said "Driver,do you want a date"
Wanda and Rachael got out, You're too late
Lot lizard,  cause he's already got two
Wrong truck,said the girl, I didn't see you
We went inside for some coffee and a coke
We were still laughin about our little joke
I laughed so hard I didn't know what to do
If it could have been funnier,I have no clue
Went back to trucking east on interstate ten
Both girls crawled back in the sleeper again
Now right in the middle of the 18 mile bridge
I came up with an idea just cool as a fridge
I'd caught up with wrecker towing a big truck
He was towing it backwards,aah,streak of luck
I followed real close, as close as could be
Then I hit the air horn, Yeah one,two,three
The girls jumped up and their jaws went slack
And they both screamed before I pulled back
I was laughing so hard I could hardly drive
But can't stop on the bridge and stay alive
I slowed down real slow, stayed to the right
Both the girls beating on me,oh,what a sight
Pulled into Ft Lauderdale wouldn't you know
Warehouse is closed where our load has to go
It's Friday night, so till Monday we wait
Fun town look out,the girls and I,we got a date


Just a little FYI for you about the 18 mile bridge

The Atchafalaya Basin Bridge carries two spans of I-10
over the Atchafalaya River and swamp, the largest swamp
in the United States. It connects Lafayette and Baton Rouge.
Opened in 1973, it checks in at 18.2 miles
