ST PATRICKS DAY DITTY
Saint Patricks day is a cumin'
And all the snakes are a runnin'
Dont think his staff's a funnin'
You wont see a snake a sunnin'
In Ireland no need for a gunnin'
There's not a snake,not a onein'
The country, St.Paddys a dunnin'
His war with snakes hes a wonin'
Late in the year while a slumin'
Now the leprechauns're a drumin'
Gatherin their gold and a humin'
Tunes about how to keep a punin'
Tales of pots o gold outcomin'
And rainbows very end plumbin'
My mug needs some ale incomin'
To stop my tales from becomin'
So terribly boring and dumbin'
Now if I get drunk from rumin'
Please take me home or sumpin'
So I don't hang around bummin'
And so with ukeleles strummin'
I end this ditty it's brain numbin'
